DAILY CAMP SCHEDULE FOR PRESEASON TEAM CAMP 2025

MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY:  FOCUS DAYS
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY:  STATION DAYS
FRIDAY:  SKILLS COMPETITION AND FULL GAMES

******TIMES WILL BE ADJUSTED to FIT THE 2 HOUR SCHEDULE*******

Monday Schedule:  Example (5 pm start time)  Adjust time to your particular session

4:30PM-  Check in (pick up T-shirt at this time)
5 PM- Warm up/run (15 minutes)
5:15-  5 minutes for water, stretching and a fast transition to each group focus area
5:20-6:10-  Focus Area Defending (50 minutes)
  • Body positions and cognitive understanding of options both depending on where player and ball is on the field
  • 1 v 1, 1v2, 2v3, etc
  • Discussion
6:10:  5 minutes for water, sttetching and a fast transition to each group focus area
6:15-6:30:  Run, Fitness, Agility, Balance Work, etc (15 minutes)
6:30:  5 minutes for water, stretching, and a fast transition to each group focus area
6:30-7:20- Focus Area Defending (50 minutes)
  • Defending as a "unit/team"
  • Defending against:  crosses, corners, counter attacks, and attacking team switching sides of the field
  • Discussion
7:20:  5 minutes for water stretching, and a fast transition to each group focus area
7:20-8- GAMES
8 PM-  Clean Up, Group Run, Review of Daily Activities, Dismissal to parking lot where everyone arrived

Tuesday:  Example (5 start time)  Adjust time to your particular session
4:45-5 PM-  Check in and go to your coach for warmups 
5- Warm up and run (15 minutes)
5:15-5:20 minutes for water, sttetching and a fast transition to each group focus area
5:20-5:35-  Station #1 (Dribbling and Ball Control
5:40-5:55- Station #2 (Passing and Receiving)
6-6:15 Station #3 (Shooting and FInishing)
6:20-6:35- Station #4 (Fitness and Conditioning)
6:40-6:55- Station #5 (small sided games including 1v1,2v2,3v3,3v2,2v1)
7-7:45- Scrimmaging and Games (Full field, Half Field, 7v7 and small sided)
7:50- Cool Down RUn and Stretching
7:50-8 PM- Review skills learned
8 PM:  DIsmissal

Wednesday:  Example (5 PM start time)  Adjust time to your particular session

5:15 PM-  5 minutes for water, stretching and a fast transition to each group focus area
5:20-6:10 PM-  Focus Area Attacking (50 minutes)
  • Body positions and cognitive understanding of options both depending on where player and ball is on the field
  • Movement:  Defensive Unit, Midfield Unit, Forward Unit
  • 1 v 1, 1v2, 2v3, etc
  • Discussion
6:10:  5 minutes for water, sttetching and a fast transition to each group focus area
6:15-6:30 PM:  Run, Fitness, Agility, Balance Work, etc (15 minutes)
6:30:  5 minutes for water, stretching, and a fast transition to each group focus area
6:35-7:25- Focus Area Attacking (50 minutes)
  • Attacking as a Unit/team
  • Attacking by:  crossing, corners, counter attacks, or fast attacking, and switching sides of the field using midfield links (ground work)
  • DIscussion
7:25  5 minutes for water stretching, and a fast transition to each group focus area
7:25-7:50- GAMES
