MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY: FOCUS DAYS
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY: STATION DAYS
FRIDAY: SKILLS COMPETITION AND FULL GAMES

Monday Schedule: Example (5 pm start time) Adjust time to your particular session
4:30PM- Check in (pick up T-shirt at this time)
5 PM- Warm up/run (15 minutes)
5:15- 5 minutes for water, stretching and a fast transition to each group focus area
5:20-6:10- Focus Area Defending (50 minutes)
6:15-6:30: Run, Fitness, Agility, Balance Work, etc (15 minutes)
6:30: 5 minutes for water, stretching, and a fast transition to each group focus area
6:30-7:20- Focus Area Defending (50 minutes)
7:20-8- GAMES
8 PM- Clean Up, Group Run, Review of Daily Activities, Dismissal to parking lot where everyone arrived

6:30-7:20- Focus Area Defending (50 minutes)
- Defending as a "unit/team"
- Defending against: crosses, corners, counter attacks, and attacking team switching sides of the field

7:20-8- GAMES

6:35-7:25- Focus Area Attacking (50 minutes)
- Attacking as a Unit/team
- Attacking by: crossing, corners, counter attacks, or fast attacking, and switching sides of the field using midfield links (ground work)
